What's an Ad swap? Link Up

In my blog hopping, I came across this great idea. Ad Swapping! 

You are probably thinking to yourself, "that doesn't sound healthy". 

Ok, maybe not.

It is real simple. You promote my blog and I promote your blog, page, website.. Etc. You catch  my drift.

I also do have options for paid ad space if swapping isn't your thing. But really, who wouldn't want FREE ad space?

I came up with this great idea, a monthly ad swap link up! I'm hoping it is a great success. I also have a Show and Tell Sunday Link up that I do twice a month. So look out for that too.

The swap will be good for ONE entire month. 

Make sure the blog and or product fits your blog niche, before accepting any paid or free blog ad.
This link up will be open for 2 weeks and posted once a month.

Chubby Baby review - Sponsor Spotlight

DIY Cloth Wipe Solution

If you use Cloth Diapers, why not use cloth wipes? It's real easy to make your own cloth diaper solution. Even easier to use and toss into your wet bag. What's more, one less thing to throw into our landfills! I have used some great recipes for cloth wipes. My all time favorite ingredient is Coconut Oil. It is delicate on skin, and smells amazing. 

Coconut Oil can be used for a variety of things, but I prefer it to not be in my food. (Yuck!)

It is great as a diaper rash ointment and wipe solution because it keeps yeast away. It does solidify a bit, but it melts into baby's skin, so don't fret. You can add it to just about any wipe recipe, but here is my basic wipe solution. Enjoy! :-)

1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

1 Cup Water

1 Tbsp mild baby soap (We use TruKid)

Wipe Container

Optional Oils as follows 
Calendula oil
Tea tree oil
Rosemary oil
Eucalyptus oil
Lavender oil

 Onto the directions.

Melt your Coconut Oil with your Hot water. 

Add your favorite baby soap and stir.

Pour over 15-25 baby wipes.

Close your wipe container, and shake. Careful not to spill.

You can use and old flannel receiving blanket and cut it up. They make perfect cloth wipes!

Note: Some diapers will repell certain oils. I have never had an issue. You may want to designate a separate wet bag if using essential oils.
